We’ve got some exciting news to share — our co-founder and CEO Mrinali Kumar (aka Milli) has been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for 2025! 🎉

This is a huge honour and a pretty big moment for our little cauliflower-powered company. Forbes recognised Milli for her work turning cosmetically imperfect cauliflower into creamy, plant-based ice cream — and for helping build a bold new category for climate-resilient indulgence.

“This isn’t just a personal milestone,” says Milli. “It’s a chance to showcase the incredible innovation coming out of Aotearoa, and what’s possible when you build with purpose from the ground up.”

A Global Vision Born in Aotearoa

EatKinda was co-founded by Milli in 2020 while she was studying food technology at Massey University. Alongside plant-based chef Jenni Matheson, the duo set out to do something wild: create a plant-based ice cream that wasn’t just better for you and the planet — but actually delicious.

In 2023, EatKinda launched into 120 supermarkets across New Zealand, built a growing community, went viral on socials, and caught the attention of markets around the world. Since then, we’ve been working behind the scenes to scale EatKinda for the U.S., where bigger infrastructure and demand can help us create an even bigger impact.

Impact We’ve Achieved So Far

From watching kids eat ice cream for the first time, thanks to our allergen-friendly recipe (no dairy, gluten, soy, or nuts) to:

✅ Saving 2,900 kg of cosmetically imperfect cauliflower from going to waste

✅ Preventing the use of over 45,000 plastic tubs through 100% home-compostable packaging

We’re proud of what we’ve built so far, and we know it’s just the beginning.

What’s Next?

While we’ve currently paused NZ operations to focus on international growth, this Forbes recognition is fuel in the tank. We’re actively working to bring EatKinda to shelves in America — and beyond.

We’re currently seeking manufacturing, distribution, and investment partners who share our vision and want to help scale EatKinda.

Stay tuned — and thank you, as always, for being part of our journey. 💛

Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for behind-the-scenes updates. Love,

EatKinda Whānau

Really enjoyed reading this! Thanks for sharing such valuable insights. As someone who follows streetwear trends, I also like exploring the Smoke Rise collection at Tops and Bottoms USA, especially Smoke Rise clothing, Smoke Rise hoodies, and other Smoke Rise clothes that blend comfort with modern style.

Great insights into the value of professional web design. A strong online presence can make a huge difference, and https://www.adoptionplanners.com you explained the benefits clearly. I recently read a similar business-focused discussion on an adoptionplanners-based review blog that offered additional perspectives.

Thank you for sharing this perspective. The content was thoughtful and informative, and I appreciated the https://www.sherwaydentistry.com/ attention to detail. A sherwaydentistry-based review blog (sherwaydentistry) I visited recently covered a similar topic.

I’m seeing Jalwa Game Login mentioned in a few places, so I wanted to check it out. Before using it regularly, can anyone confirm if it works properly on Android devices and whether it requires any verification
